Bonus Pulled Pork Weekend!

Eric Woodyard, our Dutch Oven Chef, normally makes his famous Carolina pulled pork sandwiches on the third weekend of each summer month, but he will be here Sunday & Monday, September 2nd & 3rd to delight you with his masterful creations.

This is genuine Dutch Oven cooking. Eric starts roasting pork shoulder very early in the morning so that it is fork-tender by lunch time. His sauce recipe is a secret, but it is a little bit sweet, a little bit spicy and a little bit smokey. The other thing that makes Eric’s sandwiches stand out are the fresh-baked “Dutch Crunch” rolls. He lines them with a vinegar-based coleslaw then piles a generous scoop of meat.

We’ll say it again: This is a treat, don’t miss out! Served from 11:00 am – 5:30 pm. Ice cold beer is available to complete the package.
