We need your help to feed the donkeys and pay the bills so we can stick around until you return to hike in our beautiful canyon!
OCTOBER 30, 2022
Come join us for an experience never offered before!
The talented Mariachi Lindas Mexicanas will be performing in the 100 inch dome at Mount Wilson Observatory. Adams Pack Station owner Maggie Moran, who worked at the observatory before purchasing the pack station in 2019, has been given the opportunity to hold a fundraiser concert with 100% of the proceeds going to the pack station. Maggie has also played mariachi for over 20 years and will be playing with the group for this event.
We will be observing Dia de Los Muertos and holding a reception from 4-5pm for all ticket holders, which will include Mexican-style hors d'oeuvres and an assortment of beverages. There, you will also find an ofrenda (altar) created to remember and celebrate those from the Mount Wilson Observatory as well as the Adams Pack Station who have passed on and have left their mark in history for these two historical gems.
It will be an event to remember, rich in culture, tradition, surrounded by a beautiful historical observatory and for a great cause, to help the Adams Pack Station hold on while it continues to be closed due to the Bobcat fire of September 2020.
Two separate concerts will be offered at 3 & 5PM. Space is limited, so buy your tickets now. We can't wait to see you there!
Adams Pack Station Products are available for purchase in person at our fundraising events!
